Lower Senior Classes
Our Lower Senior classes are designed for dancers who are ready to develop their skills further, building confidence, technique and performance ability in a challenging but supportive environment.
At this stage of their dance journey, students begin to refine their technique, improve strength, flexibility and musicality, while developing a deeper understanding of performance and artistry. Our classes encourage dancers to challenge themselves, set personal goals and take pride in their progress.
Whether students are continuing their dance training or joining us for the first time, our experienced teachers provide guidance and encouragement to help every dancer feel supported and motivated. Alongside technical development, we focus on building confidence, commitment, teamwork and self-belief.
Lower Senior students have exciting opportunities to take part in performances, shows, workshops and examinations, allowing them to experience the joy of performing while continuing to grow as dancers.

Lower Seniors
10-13 Years

Tuesday's
Redbridge
Pre Point
Time: 4:30pm – 5:00pm
Pre Point classes introduce dancers to the foundations needed for pointe work, focusing on strength, alignment, balance and technique to support their continued ballet development.
Ballet
Time: 5:00pm – 6:15pm
Lower Senior ballet classes build on previous training, developing stronger technique, flexibility, musicality and performance quality. Students are encouraged to refine their skills while gaining confidence and discipline.
Modern
Time: 6:15pm – 7:30pm
Modern dance allows students to explore expression, performance and creativity while developing strength, control and advanced movement skills through challenging choreography.
Saturday's
Redbridge
Musical Theatre
Time: 9:00am – 11:00am
Musical Theatre combines singing, drama and performance skills to help dancers develop confidence, characterisation and stage presence. Students explore storytelling, vocal skills and acting techniques while preparing exciting performance pieces.
Tap
Time: 11:00am – 12:00pm
Tap classes continue to develop rhythm, timing and musicality while challenging dancers with more complex steps and choreography.
Ballet
Time: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
Saturday ballet sessions provide further opportunities to develop technique, strength and confidence while continuing to refine performance skills.
Modern
Time: 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Modern classes encourage dancers to develop their performance style, musical interpretation and technical ability through dynamic and creative choreography.
Street Dance
Time: 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Street Dance gives students the opportunity to explore different styles, develop confidence and build performance skills through energetic routines and creative movement.
